Office Syndrome
Office Syndrome is a group of muscle and fascial pain symptoms that often occur from repetitive use of the same muscle group over a long period of time, resulting in muscle inflammation and pain or numbness in various organs.
Causes of office syndrome
1) Being in an improper posture for a long period of time, such as sitting with your body bent, sitting with your legs crossed, standing with uneven weight for a long period of time
2) Unsuitable environment, such as a desk or chair that is too high or too low, or the arrangement of the computer position, etc.
Symptoms of office syndrome
1) Pain in the neck, shoulders, or shoulder blades, or pain accompanied by numbness radiating down the arm.
